Hello! I’m Tabatha, a second-year master’s student in the Cognitive Neuroscience program at Queen’s University. With a background in cognitive psychology, memory, and anthropology, I’m passionate about unraveling the mysteries of how memory works in our everyday lives.
My research focuses the recall of autobiographical memories, using behavioural and neurocognitive perspectives to explore their relationship with the hippocampus. I’m currently investigating overlooked nuances of human memories, such as whether the episodic memory system is truly limited to single experiences and how people experience their memories.
When I’m not immersed in research or household duties, I love spending time with my family and swapping scientific papers for a good novel!
